The Municipal Council of the City Council Meeting

L e City Council met on 10 December 2010 at 20:30, at the Town Hall under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrick BRIANCHON, Mayor.

Local Development Plan:

1) Census indices pit and underground cavities open

The consultants' explor-e "to which the Commune had given in September 2009 with a mission Census indexes and underground cavities open for taking this risk into account when establishing the planning document, sent its report in City Hall.

2) Diagram of Stormwater Management

The consultants' AQUA ENVIRO "was prompted by administrative order, to run from September 20, 2010, the mission of making a diagram Stormwater Management for Commune Ménerval. The overall study period is estimated at 5 months.

A grant of € 7 753 (70% of expenditure HT) is given by the Department for this transaction.

3) Choice of Engineering:

The City Council considered a draft tender documents for companies selecting a consultancy firm responsible for developing the initial state of the environment and diagnosis, Project Management and Sustainable Development (PADD) as well as guidelines for development.

The public call for competition will be sent for publication in January 2011.

Works "Bridge of the Desert"

After deliberation, the City Council authorizes the command group formed by the Communes of Brémontier-MERVAL and Ménerval to:

- pass the Project management contract with the Cabinet Getec,

- approve the outcome of the diagnostic study, and to rehabilitate the "Bridge of the Desert"

- launch the consultation with specialist companies for the rehabilitation of the bridge,

- approve the new balance sheet forecast (total amount: € 180 276 VAT)

Educational Coalition Intermunicipal:

informed of a proposed educational group concentrated in the SIVOS EPTE maintaining the division's Nursery School in the Municipality of increase, the City Council is opposed to any reorganization elementary classes at several sites.

Post of Technical Assistant:

The City Council decided to authorize the renewal of the contract of Ms. De Schryver, Territorial Assistant Technical Officer 2nd Class, for a period of 3 years as of 01/02/2011. The remuneration of the complainant will be calculated based on 17.5 / 35th of the gross index 281.

Transfer credits:

City Council decides to levy a sum from 265 € to the account 022 "Contingency Operation" and turn to section 7391171 "Relief from property tax on undeveloped land for young farmers."
