Convention ATESAT :
The Commune Ménerval seeking the DDTM to benefit from the technical support provided by state departments for reasons of solidarity and Planning for 2010, and authorizes the Mayor to sign the new agreement and any amendments .
price of the meal at the canteen :
After deliberation, the City Council decided that from 1 September 2010
1) the price of meals for students attending the reunion will be increased from two instructional , 43 € to 2.55 €
2) the price of meals in the canteen eating adults (teachers and service) is increased from 3.59 € to 3.77 €.
C ONTRACT insurance group Risk statutory :
By resolution of 28 September 2009, the Municipality has requested the Centre of Public Management of Seine Maritime Region to subscribe on behalf of an insurance office guarantee fees left his office, under the application of the texts governing the status of its agents.
After deliberation, the City Council accepts the proposal submitted by the Management Centre and authorizes the Mayor to sign the agreements resulting and any action thereon.
partnership Association Convention for the Protection of the Pont du Coq :
After deliberation, the City Council authorizes the Mayor to sign a partnership agreement between the Municipality Ménerval of the Commune of Saumont Pottery and the Association for the Protection of the Pont du Coq, to allow for the study, knowledge, restoration, preservation and enhancement of the "Pont du Coq" and its surroundings , located in the Towns of Ménerval Saumont and Pottery.
Admission-offs :
Given the bad condition of the goods made and certified by the Municipal Receiver seeking admission in non-value securities on various parties responsible for school meals without resources, the City Council decides to admit non-value on the 2010 budget, the sum of € 355.85.
Water Report :
Under the Water Act 3 January 1992, the Mayor presented Council with annual reports on price and service quality for Water Supply and Sanitation Non-collective (2009).
